Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The elongation of primed DNA templates by DNA polymerase delta and epsilon requires accessory proteins PCNA and RFC. RFC (activator 1) is a complex of five subunits (140, 40, 38, 37, 36 kD). The RFC3 gene encodes the 38 kD subunit, essential for the interaction between the 140 kD subunit and the core complex (36, 37, 40 kD subunits). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.
