- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-12 and <5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-12 observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL-12 p70 (Interleukin-12) is a cytokine essential for immune responses to infection and cancer. It is produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells in response to pathogens and tumor cells.
IL-12 p70 promotes interferon-gamma production, T cell activation, and NK cell proliferation.
