Product Specific Information
This antibody detects recombinant human (rh) Common beta Chain in direct ELISAs and Western blots.
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) GM-CSF R alpha, rhG-CSF R, and rhM-CSF R is observed.
Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is the common beta chain of the high-affinity receptor for IL-3, IL-5, and CSF.
Defects in this gene have been reported to be associated with pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP).
