Target Information
Integrin-linked kinase (ILK)는 β1 integrin의 세포질 도메인과 상호작용하는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로, 4개의 ankyrin 유사 반복을 포함합니다.
ILK는 integrin 신호전달을 조절하는 근접 수용체 키나아제로 작용하며, 세포 내외 기능에 영향을 미치는 integrin 매개 신호전달 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 유전자는 동일한 단백질을 암호화하는 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체를 생성합니다.
