For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The NOS1AP gene encodes a cytosolic protein that binds to neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS).
It contains:

• A C-terminal PDZ-binding domain mediating interaction with nNOS
• An N-terminal phosphotyrosine binding (PTB) domain that binds Dexras1

This protein functions as an adapter linking nNOS to targets such as Dexras1 and synapsins.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
