Target Information
TSC2 (Tuberin, Tuberous sclerosis complex, TSC Complex Subunit 2)는 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있으며, 소포 수송 및 세포 성장 억제 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 스테로이드 수용체 매개 전사 조절에도 역할을 합니다. TSC2는 Hamartin과 복합체를 형성하여 Hamartin의 샤페론 역할을 할 수 있으며, Ser939 및 Thr1462에서의 인산화는 PI3K/Akt 경로를 통해 조절됩니다. TSC2는 RAP1A 및 RAB5의 GTPase 활성을 자극하여 세포 성장 조절에 기여합니다. TSC2 유전자 변이는 RAP1A의 지속적 활성화를 유발하며, 림프관근종증(LAM) 및 TSC2 관련 혈관근지방종과 같은 질환에 관련됩니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 TSC2는 세 가지 이소폼을 생성할 수 있습니다.
