Target Information
TSC2 (Tuberin, Tuberous sclerosis complex, TSC Complex Subunit 2)는 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있으며, 소포 수송 및 세포 성장 조절, 스테로이드 수용체 매개 전사 조절에 관여합니다. TSC2는 hamartin과 복합체를 형성하여 세포질 내에서 상호작용하며, Ser939 및 Thr1462 부위의 인산화는 hamartin과의 결합을 조절합니다. 이 인산화는 성장 인자에 의해 PI3K/Akt 경로를 통해 촉진됩니다. TSC2는 RAP1A 및 RAB5의 GTPase 활성을 자극하여 세포 성장 조절에 기여하며, TSC2 유전자 돌연변이는 RAP1A의 지속적 활성화를 유발하여 림프관근종증 및 TSC2 관련 혈관근종 등의 질환과 관련됩니다. 대체적 스플라이싱으로 세 가지 서로 다른 isoform을 생성합니다.
