Target Information
RYR3 (Ryanodine Receptor 3)는 세포 내 저장소로부터 칼슘을 방출하는 채널 단백질로, 골격근 수축 및 다양한 세포 내 칼슘 신호 조절에 관여합니다.
두 가지 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 근육 내 칼슘 방출뿐 아니라 비근육 세포의 소포체에서도 Ca(2+) 방출을 조절할 수 있습니다.
RYR3 관련 질환으로는 Central Core Disease 및 Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Dysplasia 2가 알려져 있습니다.
