Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SYNE1은 type II integral membrane protein 계열의 새로운 가족 구성원으로, 두 개의 유전자가 이를 암호화합니다.
이들은 대부분의 조직에서 발현되며, 조직 특이적 mRNA 개시 및 스플라이싱을 통해 여러 isoform을 형성합니다.
Nesprin-1과 Nesprin-2는 다수의 spectrin 반복 서열, 핵막 국소화 서열, 그리고 단일 C-말단 transmembrane 도메인을 포함합니다.
EGFP 융합 단백질을 이용한 일시적 형질전환 실험에서 핵막에 위치함이 확인되었으며, 이들은 핵 구조 유지에 관여하는 "dystrophins of the nucleus"로 기능할 수 있습니다.
Nesprin-1은 근육 발달 단계에서 조절되며, myoblast 분화 동안 핵막에서 핵 및 세포질로 재배치됩니다.
