Target Information
HPV E7 단백질은 작은(HPV16 E7은 98개의 아미노산, 약 15 kDa) 아연 결합 인산화 단백질로 핵에 위치합니다. 이 단백질은 아데노바이러스 E1A 단백질과 구조적·기능적으로 유사합니다. HPV16 E7의 N-말단 16개 아미노산은 E1A 단백질의 보존 영역 1(CR1)과 유사하며, 37번째 아미노산까지의 도메인은 CR2 영역 전체와 상동성을 가집니다. 이 영역들은 세포 변형에 필수적이며, LXCXE 모티프(22–26번째 잔기)는 종양억제 단백질 pRb 결합에 관여합니다.
