Epitope tagging은 알려진 에피토프를 재조합 단백질에 융합하여 항체가 없는 단백질도 검출할 수 있게 하는 기술입니다.
His 태그 단백질은 히스티딘 클러스터의 금속 결합 특성을 이용해 Ni²⁺-NTA 흡착제를 통한 친화 크로마토그래피로 정제할 수 있습니다.
