Target Information
6x His 태그는 6개의 연속된 히스티딘 잔기로 구성된 합성 올리고 펩타이드(HHHHHH)입니다. His 태그는 재조합 단백질의 N-말단 또는 C-말단에 부착되어 금속 친화성 크로마토그래피(IMAC)를 통해 단백질을 분리 및 정제할 수 있도록 합니다.
Epitope tagging은 알려진 에피토프를 재조합 단백질에 융합하여 항체가 없는 단백질도 검출할 수 있게 하는 기술입니다.
His 태그 단백질은 히스티딘 클러스터의 금속 결합 특성을 이용해 Ni²⁺-NTA 흡착제를 통한 친화 크로마토그래피로 정제할 수 있습니다.
His 태그 특이 항체는 태그 단백질의 검출 및 공동 면역침강(Co-IP)에 사용됩니다.
