Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin pan belongs to a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins characterized by biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides.
Cytokeratins range in molecular weight between 40–68 kDa and have an isoelectric pH between 4.9–7.8.
Human cytokeratins are numbered 1–20, and their expression patterns vary depending on epithelial type, differentiation stage, and disease state.
Cytokeratin subtype expression is used to distinguish epithelial malignancies and serves as a valuable marker in cancer research, tumor diagnosis, cytopathology, and flow cytometric assays.
