Target Information
PU.1 유전자는 ETS 도메인을 가진 전사인자를 암호화하며, 골수 및 B-림프구 발달 과정에서 유전자 발현을 활성화합니다. 핵 내 단백질은 PU-box라 불리는 퓨린 풍부 서열에 결합하여 다른 전사인자 및 보조인자와 함께 표적 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 표적 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱도 조절할 수 있습니다. 여러 전사체 변형체가 보고되어 있습니다.
