This antibody detects endogenous levels of total SLC34A2 protein.
Target Information
SLC34A2 encodes a pH-sensitive, sodium-dependent phosphate transporter. Phosphate uptake increases at lower pH. Defects in this gene cause pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been identified.
