Target Information
SPARC 유전자는 cysteine-rich acidic matrix-associated protein을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 뼈의 콜라겐이 석회화되도록 하는 데 필요하며, 세포 외 기질 합성과 세포 형태 변화에도 관여합니다. 또한 종양 억제와 연관되어 있으나, 세포 형태 변화로 인한 전이 촉진과도 관련이 있습니다. 세 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있으며, 각각 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
