Target Information
Pirin은 cupin superfamily에 속하는 Fe(II)-결합 핵 단백질로, 모든 조직에서 발현되며 핵 내 점상 구조에 집중되어 있습니다. Nuclear factor I/CCAAT box transcription factor 및 BCL3 oncoprotein과의 상호작용을 통해 DNA 전사와 복제 조절에 관여하는 전사 보조인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체 변이도 보고되었습니다.
