For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The Eph subfamily represents the largest group of receptor protein tyrosine kinases identified to date. These receptors are implicated in central nervous system function and developmental processes. Eph receptors and their ligands (ephrins) include:
- EphA1–A8 and EphB1–B6 receptors
- Ephrin-A2 (Elf-1) acts as a ligand for EphA4
- Ephrin-A3 (Ehk1-L) for EphA5
- Ephrin-B2 (Htk-L) for EphB4
