이 항체는 rabbit IgG의 heavy 및 light chain에 반응하며, 다른 종(소, 기니피그, 햄스터, 말, 인간, 생쥐, 쥐, 양) 단백질과의 교차 반응은 최소화되어 있습니다. Flow cytometric 분석에 사용되며, 1 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능합니다. 100 µL의 최종 부피에서 실험 시 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위에서 경험적으로 결정됩니다. 최적 성능을 위해 항체 희석을 신중히 조정하는 것이 권장됩니다.
