This monoclonal mouse IgG2a, kappa antibody is used as an isotype control for mouse IgG2a antibodies.
Applications Reported: Used for cell surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells; use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
Excitation: 488–561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue, Green, Yellow-Green.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
Target Information
Mouse IgG2a is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigen exposure. It plays key roles in adaptive immunity, including opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
Widely used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunotherapy research.
