Target Information
CAMK1D (CaMK1 delta)는 calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 계열에 속하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다.
CAMK1D는 다형핵 백혈구(polymorphonuclear leukocytes)에서 발현되며, granulocyte 기능을 조절하는 chemokine 신호전달 경로에 관여할 수 있습니다. 또한 신경세포 사멸(neuronal apoptosis)의 조절에도 관련될 수 있습니다.
Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase 1D-beta isoform은 Ca²⁺/CaM 의존적 활성(Ca²⁺/CaM-dependent activity)을 나타내는 새로운 calmodulin-kinase입니다.
CAM-Kkalpha는 Thr180의 인산화를 통해 CAMK1D-b 활성을 증가시킵니다.
