사용 전에는 단백질 결합체 용액을 마이크로원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리하여 상층액만 사용하십시오. 이는 저장 중 형성된 단백질 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 신호를 줄이는 데 도움이 됩니다. 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

Specificity:
이 항체는 마우스 IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 마우스 면역글로불린의 light chain에 결합하며, 비면역글로불린 단백질이나 타종(소, 닭, 염소, 기니피그, 햄스터, 말, 사람, 토끼, 쥐, 양)의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.
