사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리하여 상층액만 사용하면 저장 중 형성된 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 신호를 줄일 수 있습니다.
본 항체는 Mouse IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 Mouse immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합하며, 비면역글로불린 단백질이나 다른 종의 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.

Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 Mouse 면역글로불린에 특이적으로 결합하도록 정제된 항체로, 검출, 분리, 정제 등에 활용됩니다. 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, fluorescence 등)에 적용 가능하며, 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
