사용 시 권장사항:

사용 전 단백질 결합 용액을 마이크로원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리하고 상층액만 사용하십시오.
저장 중 형성될 수 있는 단백질 응집체를 제거하여 비특이적 염색을 줄입니다.
항체 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

특이성(Specificity):
이 항체는 Mouse IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 Mouse immunoglobulin의 light chain에 결합합니다.
Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Rabbit, Rat, Sheep의 IgG 및 Mouse의 비면역글로불린 혈청 단백질에는 결합하지 않습니다.

Target Information
