Product Specific Information
- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
- Mouse anti-Human CD312 antibody, clone 2A1 recognizes human EMR2, a member of the EGF-TM7 family closely related to CD97.
Target Information
EMR3 gene encodes a member of the class B seven-span transmembrane (TM7) receptor family expressed predominantly by immune cells. These proteins have extended extracellular regions with variable N-terminal EGF-like domains linked to a TM7 domain via a mucin-like spacer. The EMR3 gene is closely linked to EMR2 on chromosome 19 and may play a role in myeloid-myeloid interactions during immune and inflammatory responses.
