- 2A11이 인식하는 epitope은 H₂O₂ 처리에 민감하므로, 1차 항체 반응 후 0.3% H₂O₂로 quenching을 수행해야 합니다.
- 이 항체의 epitope은 포르말데하이드 고정 및 조직 처리에 민감하므로, 동결 절편의 경우 아세톤 고정을 권장합니다.
- FACS 분석 시, 1×10⁶ 세포(100 µL)에 권장 희석액 10 µL를 사용합니다.
- Rat anti-Mouse Dectin-1 antibody, clone 2A11은 murine β-glucan receptor (Dectin-1)을 인식합니다.
Target Information
CLEC7A (Dectin-1)은 C-type lectin-like domain (CTLD) 수퍼패밀리에 속하며, 주로 myeloid 세포에서 발현됩니다.
이 단백질은 type II 막 단백질로, 세포외부에 C-type lectin-like domain을 가지고 있으며 세포질 도메인에는 ITAM (immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif)을 포함합니다.
CLEC7A는 β-1,3 및 β-1,6 결합된 글루칸을 인식하여 선천 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 진균 노출 시 Syk kinase를 활성화하여 반응성 산소종(ROS)을 생성하는 산화 폭발을 유도합니다.
