- 1 µg/mL of MA5-45703 detects TASK1 potassium channel in 20 µg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as secondary antibody.

Target Information
KCNK3 encodes a member of the superfamily of potassium channel proteins with two pore-forming P domains. This gene product forms an outwardly rectifying channel sensitive to extracellular pH changes and inhibited by acidification. Known as an acid-sensitive potassium channel, it is activated by anesthetics such as halothane and isoflurane. Three transcripts are detected in northern blots, though no confirmed sequence variants are available.
