For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene is a member of the MAGEA gene family, encoding proteins with 50–80% sequence identity. Promoters and first exons vary significantly, allowing expression under different transcriptional controls.
MAGEA genes are located at chromosomal region Xq28 and have been associated with certain hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
