Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEA3 gene belongs to the MAGEA gene family, whose members share 50–80% sequence identity.
These genes exhibit promoter and first exon variability, allowing similar functions to be expressed under different transcriptional controls.
MAGEA genes are located at chromosomal region Xq28 and have been associated with hereditary disorders such as dyskeratosis congenita.
