- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.
- After reconstitution, store undiluted at 4°C in the dark.
- For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Target Information
CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule)은 약 60 kDa의 이황화 결합된 호모다이머(gp28/34) 단백질로, 활성화된 혈소판 및 림프구에서 발현됩니다.
T 세포 활성화 시 CD69 발현이 유도되며, 림프구 증식 및 신호전달에 관여합니다.
또한 자연살해세포(NK cell) 및 혈소판의 신호 전달에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
CD69 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 해당 단백질의 이상은 진균 감염증(coccidiodomycosis) 및 천식과 관련이 있습니다.
