- No cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD27 Ligand, CD30 Ligand, or recombinant mouse CD40 Ligand in ELISA and Western blot assays.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level < 0.10 EU per 1 µg antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
CD40 Ligand (CD40-L, CD154) is a membrane glycoprotein expressed on activated T cells. It promotes B cell proliferation and immunoglobulin secretion in the presence of cytokines. CD40 Ligand also induces cytokine production and tumoricidal activity in monocytes, and co-stimulates activated T cell proliferation with IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-2 production.
