- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as a ~150 kDa band.
Upon reduction, it generates a ~25 kDa light chain and a ~50 kDa heavy chain. - Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems.

Target Information
IL-27 is a member of the IL-12 family, composed of the p40-related protein EBI3 non-covalently linked to the IL-12p35-related protein p28 (IL-30).
It is produced by activated antigen-presenting cells and mature dendritic cells.
IL-27 acts on NK cells and naive CD4+ T cells, and may also influence mast cells and monocytes.
Binding of IL-27 to WSX-1/gp130 activates JAK1, STAT1, and STAT3 pathways.
Deficiency in WSX-1/TCCR leads to impaired Th1 responses and higher susceptibility to infection, indicating IL-27’s role in Th1 initiation.
IL-27 induces Th1-specific transcription factor T-bet and suppresses Th2-specific GATA-3, contributing to Th1 differentiation.
Recent studies show IL-27 has antitumor activity, enhancing CTL function, inhibiting tumor growth, and inducing regression in neuroblastoma models.
