Target Information
SYN1 (Synapsin 1)은 시냅신 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 신경 인산화단백질로, 시냅스 소포의 세포질 표면에 결합합니다.
이 단백질은 축삭 형성(axonogenesis)과 시냅스 형성(synaptogenesis)의 조절에 관여하며, 여러 단백질 키나아제의 기질로 작용합니다.
인산화는 신경 말단에서의 단백질 조절에 기능할 수 있습니다.
SYN1 유전자의 변이는 Rett 증후군과 같은 신경퇴행성 질환과 관련될 수 있습니다.
