Target Information
6x His tag는 6개의 연속된 히스티딘 잔기로 구성된 합성 올리고 펩타이드입니다.
주로 재조합 단백질의 N- 또는 C-말단에 부착되어 금속 친화 크로마토그래피(IMAC)를 통한 단백질 정제에 사용됩니다.
His tag는 Ni²⁺-NTA 흡착제에 강하고 선택적인 결합을 형성하여 단백질을 높은 순도로 정제할 수 있습니다.
His tag-specific 항체는 태그된 단백질의 검출 및 공동면역침전(co-immunoprecipitation)에 활용됩니다.
