Product Specific Information
This antibody detects endogenous levels of HNRNPA0 only when phosphorylated at Ser84.
Target Information
HNRNPA0 belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). These are RNA-binding proteins that form complexes with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). They are involved in pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport.
All hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, though some shuttle between nucleus and cytoplasm. The protein encoded by this gene contains two quasi-RRM domains that bind RNAs and a glycine-rich C-terminus.
