Target Information
IL-3Ra (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha) belongs to the type I cytokine receptor family and forms a heterodimer with the common beta (CDw131) subunit. It mediates Interleukin-3 signaling, with heterodimerization required for receptor activation. IL-3Ra is overexpressed on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts compared with normal hematopoietic cells, making it a potential therapeutic target.
