Reconstitute in 20 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20°C for higher stability, and at 4°C with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the synuclein family of proteins involved in neurodegenerative disease pathogenesis. Mutations in this gene have also been associated with breast tumor development.
