PGP9.5 (Protein Gene Product 9.5, UCH-L1, PARK5)는 신경 특이적 단백질로, neuron-specific enolase와 구조적·면역학적으로 구별됩니다. 분자량은 약 27 kDa이며, ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase family 1(C12 peptidase family)에 속합니다.
이 단백질은 유비퀴틴 가수분해 효소 및 리가아제 활성을 가지며, 신경계 전반의 뉴런과 신경섬유, 신경내분비세포, 신장세뇨관 일부, 고환의 세포, 난자 등에서 발현됩니다.
