R6H1 단클론 항체는 CD196(CCR6)을 인식합니다. CCR6은 T세포, B세포, 수지상세포, NK세포, Langerhans 세포 등에 발현되는 7회 막관통 G 단백질 결합 수용체입니다. 이 수용체는 MIP-3α/CCL20과 결합하여 수지상세포, 기억 T세포, B세포의 화학주성에 관여하며, 상피 부위의 숙주 방어 및 염증 반응에 역할을 합니다. 또한 Th17 분화 및 CD4⁺FoxP3⁺ 조절 T세포 발달과 관련되어 있습니다.
