Target Information
tPA는 불활성 상태의 플라스미노겐을 플라스민으로 전환하여 조직 재형성, 세포 이동 등 다양한 생리적 및 병리적 과정에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 플라스미노겐의 Arg-Val 결합을 절단하여 활성화하며, 피브린, 헤파린, 라미닌, 피브로넥틴, 만노스 수용체, LRP1 등과 결합합니다. 이러한 결합은 효소 활성 및 기질 친화성을 크게 증가시킵니다. 또한 세포 표면 단백질(예: annexin II, cytokeratin 8)과 상호작용하여 플라스미노겐 활성화를 촉진합니다.
