Target Information
Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)는 인간 혈장에서 저밀도 지단백질(LDL)의 주요 단백질로, 약 260–500 kDa의 분자량을 가집니다. ApoB는 세포막의 특정 수용체에 결합하여 LDL 및 초저밀도 지단백(VLDL) 콜레스테롤의 제거에 관여합니다.
LDL은 혈중 콜레스테롤의 운반 단백질로, 수용체 매개 작용을 통해 콜레스테롤을 흡수 및 제거합니다.
