For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and function in mitochondrial protein synthesis.
Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a 28S small subunit and a 39S large subunit, with approximately 75% protein and 25% rRNA content, contrasting with prokaryotic ribosomes.
Unlike prokaryotic ribosomes, mammalian mitoribosomes lack a 5S rRNA.
This gene encodes a 39S subunit protein of the EcoL15 ribosomal protein family, with a pseudogene located on chromosome 15q.
