Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This nuclear protein is crucial in early pancreatic development and glucose-dependent insulin gene regulation.
Mutations in PDX1 are linked to pancreatic agenesis, early-onset insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), and maturity-onset diabetes of the young type 4 (MODY4).
