Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CCDC93 is involved in copper-dependent ATP7A trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and vesicles in the cell periphery.
Its function depends on association within the CCC complex and cooperation with the WASH complex on early endosomes, mediated through interaction with WASHC2C.
