Product Specific Information
- In sandwich ELISAs, less than 0.2% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-27, recombinant human (rh) IL-12, and rhIL-12 p40 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
IL-27 (Interleukin 27)은 IL-12 계열에 속하는 이종이합성 사이토카인으로, EBI3 및 p28 두 개의 소단위로 구성되어 있습니다. 활성화된 수지상세포와 대식세포에서 Toll-like receptor 리간드 및 염증성 사이토카인 자극에 의해 생성됩니다.
IL-27은 T-bet 발현을 유도하고 IL-12Rβ2를 상향 조절하여 CD4+ T 세포의 Th1 분화 촉진 및 Th2/Th17 억제를 유도합니다.
또한 IL-27은 WSX-1 및 gp130 수용체에 결합해 Jak/STAT 신호 경로를 활성화하며, 면역 조절 및 항종양 반응에도 관여합니다.
인간에서는 16번 염색체 p arm에 위치합니다.
