Target Information
Dendritic cells (DCs) are potent antigen-presenting cells. Immature DCs capture antigens efficiently and differentiate into interdigitating dendritic cells (IDCs) in lymphoid tissues, which induce primary T-cell responses (de Saint-Vis et al., 1998 [PubMed 9768752]).
