Product Specific Information

Rat IgG2b kappa 단클론 항체(eB149/10H5)는 동형 대조항체로서 면역분석에서 비특이적 결합을 평가하는 데 사용됩니다.
이 항체는 정상 인간 말초혈액 및 생쥐 골수세포의 유세포분석(Flow Cytometry)에 적용되었으며, 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용하는 것이 권장됩니다.

Brilliant Violet™ 480(BV480)은 479 nm에서 방출하며, 405 nm 바이올렛 레이저를 사용하는 세포분석기에 적합합니다.
두 개 이상의 Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 또는 Super Bright 형광체를 사용하는 경우, Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) 또는 Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) 사용을 권장합니다.
BV480은 메탄올 기반 고정 조건에서는 비호환성이 있을 수 있습니다.
