PA1-047는 human, mouse, rat, zebrafish (Danio rerio), Drosophila 시료의 alpha-1 adrenergic receptor (A1AR)를 검출합니다.
이 항체는 Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence에 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 mouse kidney membrane, mouse liver, HeLa cell lysates, zebrafish 및 drosophila 시료에서 약 60 kDa의 A1AR 단백질을 검출합니다.
Mouse kidney distal tubule 세포의 면역형광 염색 시, 세포막에서 A1AR 염색이 관찰됩니다.
PA1-047의 면역원은 human A1AR의 3번째 세포내 루프 내 K(339)-T(349) 잔기에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드입니다.

Target Information
Adrenergic receptors (ARs)는 내인성 카테콜아민(epinephrine, norepinephrine)에 결합하는 7-막관통 G-단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR) 계열에 속합니다.
현재까지 세 가지 α1 (1A/D, 1B, 1C), 세 가지 α2 (2A, 2B, 2C), 세 가지 β (1, 2, 3) 아형을 포함한 총 9개의 수용체 아형이 확인되었습니다.
AR은 고혈압, 심부전, 허혈, 부정맥, 당뇨병, 녹내장, 우울증, 발기부전 등 여러 질환의 발생 또는 유지에 관여합니다.
A1AR 아형은 다양한 조직에서 발견되며, 혈관 긴장도 및 심박출량 변화에 따른 혈압 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한 자궁 수축, 간의 포도당 대사, HSP70 발현, 원암유전자 발현 및 세포 증식과도 관련되어 있습니다.
노르에피네프린은 시상하부에서 α1 AR을 활성화하여 nitric oxide synthase (NOS) 수준을 증가시키고, 결과적으로 LH, 안드로겐, 에스트로겐, 프로게스테론 분비를 억제할 수 있습니다.
