Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시 30분간 실온에서 항체를 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색을 위해서는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
CD86은 CTLA4 및 CD28의 리간드 중 하나로, 항원 제시 과정에서 T세포 활성화에 필요한 공동자극 신호를 제공합니다. 공동자극이 부족할 경우 면역 관용을 유도할 수 있습니다. CD86은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하는 type I 막단백질로, 항원제시세포에서 발현됩니다. CD86과 CD28의 결합은 T세포 활성화를 촉진하고, CD86과 CTLA4의 결합은 T세포 활성화를 억제하여 면역 반응을 조절합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 두 가지 주요 아이소폼을 생성하며, CD86 기능 이상은 담낭 편평세포암 및 심근염 등과 관련이 있습니다.
