Target Information

Alpha-1-Antitrypsin (Alpha-1-AT)는 간에서 합성되며, 트립신, 엘라스타제, 키모트립신, 콜라게나제, 류코사이트 프로테아제, 플라스민, 트롬빈 등 다양한 프로테아제를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 소화할 수 있어 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 드물게 유아 간경변증과 신생아 호흡곤란과 관련됩니다. Alpha-1-AT는 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응으로 증가하며, 류마티스 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암종증 등에서 혈청 수치가 상승합니다.
