Target Information
TIP47는 mannose-6-phosphate receptor(MPR)의 엔도솜과 골지체 사이 운반에 관여하는 cargo 단백질로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 MPR의 세포질 도메인과 상호작용하며, 엔도솜에서 골지체로의 수송에 필수적입니다. 또한 RAB9 GTPase와 직접 결합하여 cargo에 대한 결합 친화성을 증가시킵니다. TIP47은 인간 및 소의 milk fat globule membrane에서 발견되며, 태반 단백질로도 보고되었습니다. 자궁경부암 환자에서 TIP47의 분비량 증가가 관찰되어 잠재적 종양발생 관련 마커로 연구되고 있습니다.
